Job Qualifications
We have both part-time and full-time in-person and online jobs for counselors, therapists, and mental health interns.
- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active Florida licensure as a LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT; or Restricted Florida licensure as RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFTI
- EMDR trained and experience working with trauma and PTSD preferred but not required, willingness to learn EMDR model of therapy if not currently trained
- Experience in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches a plus
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in electronic health recordkeeping, EHR provided
- Availability to work a minimum of 8-10 hours per week, but more hours are available if desired
- Ability to work remotely and maintain privacy & data security of client data, ensuring HIPPA compliance and ethical guidelines of the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling
