Rates
Each new person will need to complete a 55-minute intake assessment which we charge $165. We charge $150 for a 45-minute in-person session and $215 for an 90-minute session. Most sessions are 45-55 minutes, but if agreed upon before the scheduled appointment, we can accommodate a longer session.
Insurance
We do not directly bill insurance because we are not in network with any insurance company. (Check out our article on Therapy Fees!) Despite the fact that we do not accept insurance, we will still be able to provide you with a Superbill. You can take this superbill can be submitted to you insurance for possible partial to full reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash, check, HSA, FSA, or credit card payment at the time of service. Superbills are provided on a monthly basis and are accessible via the Client Portal. Once you have the Superbill you will need to submit it to your insurance to see if they will reimburse you any out-of-network benefits. Keep in mind, a diagnosis is typically needed for reimbursement. It is highly recommended to speak with your insurance company to verify if they will reimburse you if a Superbill is provided.

Payment
We accept cash, check, credit card or health savings account cards as forms of payment. Most people elect to enroll in auto pay so they don’t have to worry about the payment for their sessions and can focus on what they have come to therapy for. This can be set up when we contact you with your initial paperwork.
The No Surprise Law
With this new law, the “No Surprise Act” all health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit NoSurprises.
